Job Overview

1. Providing efficient administrative and clerical support to the Medical Assessment Unit, including greeting patients and relatives, answering calls, liaising with staff, and maintaining records.
2. Maintaining the admissions book, inpatient board, and patient details on the administration system to ensure timely and accurate information.
