Job Overview
Reporting into our Senior HR Reporting Analyst, you'll manage data across our HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems, keep information accurate, and produce the reports that help drive business decisions. This is a full time, permanent role based at our Hoddesdon office.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high‑quality HR data and support regular audits
* Produce monthly dashboards and respond to ad hoc data requests
* Prepare statutory submissions and ensure GDPR compliance
* Support key HR projects including pay reviews and engagement surveys
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data
* Experience with HR systems (iTrent/TalentLink is advantageous)
* Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
* Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and handle sensitive information
