Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role is all about owning and shaping the digital and social strategy across all consumer channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, performance, and venue teams to grow the brand’s online presence, drive acquisition and engagement, and build strong communities.
A bit about the role
* Review the full digital funnel and help put better tracking and attribution in place
* Look at how social is currently structured and suggest ways to improve reach, performance, and measurement
* Build and lead a clear social media strategy, with defined KPIs and regular reporting
* Own the content strategy, making sure everything aligns with campaigns and supports SEO/performance goals
* Map out and improve customer journeys, making them smoother and more effective
* Use insights and data to guide decisions, while also bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
* Jump on relevant trends and cultural moments to keep the brand visible and engaging
A bit about you
* Strong experience in digital, social, or content-led roles, ideally in a consumer-focused environment (retail, hospitality, etc.)
* Proven track record of delivering social, content, and PR strategies that actually drive results
* Good understanding of the digital landscape and how it’s evolving
* Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and bringing people together
* Comfortable challenging ideas and driving change
