As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Business Planning Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic programmes, optimising processes, and maximising value from our commercial partnerships. What you’ll be doing: This role sits at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Commercial, Operational, Product and Engineering teams to drive delivery to time, cost and quality. You’ll take ownership of the B2B roadmap, aligning commercial goals with technical execution. From planning to implementation, you'll develop and maintain programme plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Your strong organisational and communication skills will be key to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to delivery, you’ll oversee the governance and process efficiency around supplier relationships. You’ll manage the end-to-end RFP process, act as the gatekeeper for new supplier onboarding, and maintain a central repository of contracts, ensuring all agreements are well-documented, up to date, and strategically managed. Contract and vendor management is a critical part of this role. You’ll monitor key dates and terms, provide clear reporting, and work with contract owners to ensure timely decisions are made around renewals, renegotiations, or terminations—always with a view to maximising value and minimising risk. Above all, you'll act as a customer advocate, ensuring that the customer impact is front and centre in all planning and change initiatives. You’ll be joining the team in a permanent full-time role (37.5 hour per week), the majority of your shifts will be from our office, but some shifts could be based from home. What we are looking for: We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in project, programme, or business change management, ideally within Agile environments. You’ll be confident navigating cross-functional teams and working at pace, with strong knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Excel, and the wider Microsoft Office suite. A solid grasp of commercial drivers, including the ability to interpret financials and understand project impacts on the P&L, is essential. You’ll bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels. Strong presentation, facilitation, and negotiation abilities are key, along with resilience, tenacity, and a collaborative mindset.
