Job Summary
Neuro Occupational Therapist role at Spacecreators bv (Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust). The role is a fixed‑term contract ending 7th September 2026. Responsibilities include assessing and managing a varied caseload of neurological conditions on the stroke unit. The position offers professional supervision from senior staff and opportunities to work with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Main Duties
* Band 6: Bring appropriate experience and lead on various aspects of acute occupational therapy in the stroke area.
* Band 5: Demonstrate confidence, passion for stroke/neuro therapy, excellent communication, organisational and clinical reasoning skills. Evidence of recent learning and CPD is required.

Qualifications & Experience
* Essential: HCPC registration, Diploma or degree in OT, NHS work experience, 12 months post‑qualification experience.
* Desirable: Experience with stroke or neurological conditions, supervision of students or junior staff.

* Evidence of CPD (internal and external courses).
* Desire to work at SFT and with stroke/neuro conditions.
* Evidence of altruistic extracurricular activities and evidence of learning within practice.
