We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum team for Creative Industries, based at Richmond Campus.
This role is 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) and is term time based (42 weeks per academic year).
Responsibilities
* Produce correspondence and reports
* Assist in arranging class cover
* Manage diaries
* Handle queries
* Communicate effectively with students and staff across the College
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the education sector
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
* Experience of using IT systems/databases
* Team player, able to work flexibly and on own initiative in a fast‑paced environment
Benefits
Salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of the academic year for term‑time only starters.
Location: Richmond Campus, conveniently accessible by public transport including Twickenham rail station and regular London bus routes.
