This is an incredible time to be part of the FMN Delivery Team! Our fast-paced, dynamic environment is both challenging and rewarding. As a Project Manager, you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:
* Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
* Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
* Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
* Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
* Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
* Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
* Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
* Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
* Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve conflicts.
* Champion Best Practices – Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management.

* Your Impact as a Project Manager – You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.
Your Key Accountabilities
* Deliver assigned design work
* Manage cost and schedule performance
* Identify and mitigate risks
* Lead and support assigned project managers
* Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
* Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment
* Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making
* Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management
* Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities
* Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration
* Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively

Security Clearance
Due to the nature of work, applicants will be required to meet certain criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance.
