Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via multiple platforms in a friendly and professional manner whilst actively listening to their concerns
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company policies
* Have a good knowledge of the company policies and procedures and be able to work independently to solve customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Be confident working in a fast paced environment with phone calls and live chat
* Customer order amendments using company systems
* This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required, according to the needs of the business.

* IT competent and willing to learn new and company specific systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good timekeeping
* Be confident in talking to customers across multiple platforms
* Be able to handle challenging customers and complaints in a calm and professional manner across multiple platforms
* Be a team player with a helpful, flexible and positive approach to the role
* Ability to identify, investigate and solve problems under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Online customer service experience
