360 Role (70% Servicing and Development of the existing Client Base, 30% New Business Development)
Tomlin Personnel have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established Recruitment Business within their Driving Division Sector.
Having a strong track record within the Driving Sector or similar, we are looking to continue our successes with an additional self motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Sales Professional.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:
Promote and grow our Recruitment solutions both over the
phone and face to face
. Develop close relationships with both Clients and Candidates
Achieve and Exceed targets and adhere to agreed action plans. Successful Applicants must have the following:
Minimum 1 years Sales and Account Management experience within the Driving and Logistics Recruitment Sector, not essential as full training will be given but would be an advantage, ideal
A Proven track record of achievements against targets and objectives.
A tenacious and resilient team player.
Knowledge of the local area or an area you have been working within (massive advantage).
