The Role
As a Senior Import Operator, you will take full ownership of import operations, managing end-to-end shipments across air freight, sea freight, and road freight, with a strong emphasis on FCL (Full Container Load).
You’ll collaborate with global partners, oversee high-value accounts, and deliver a seamless, high-quality logistics service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end import shipments (air, sea & road freight)
* Coordinate with international offices, agents, and partners
* Handle FCL quotations, pricing, and rate negotiation
* Manage Amazon FBA shipments and compliance
* Oversee and develop key client accounts
* Raise invoices and manage financial processing
* Resolve queries with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
* 7–10 years’ freight forwarding experience
* Strong expertise in import operations, particularly FCL shipments
* Proven ability to manage full shipment lifecycle (door-to-door)
* Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment
