* Position: Teaching Assistant
* Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
* Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Long-term, Full-time
* Start Date: September 2025

About the Teaching Assistant Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children's learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for Teaching Assistant:
* Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
* Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
* Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.
* Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
* Experience working within the education sector is desired.
* Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
* An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
