South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. The team work with customers in vulnerable situations and complex customers who are experiencing homelessness.


In this role you will provide support and case management to people with multiple and complex needs using The Plymouth Alliance (TPA) principles. It would be great if you have previous experience of working with homeless and or other socially excluded people and a good understanding of safeguarding issues. You will also have the energy and enthusiasm to provide positive support and trauma informed care to those who need our support. It is a role where you can really make a difference.


You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers experiencing homelessness. You will love helping others and enjoy supporting individuals to achieve their goals and to become more independent. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.

37.5 hours per week - mix of 7.45am - 4pm and 14.00pm - 22.15pm inc one weekend a month. 4 week rolling pattern for rota.
