This is a regional role - you will look after 4/5 hotels in the Home Counties area of England. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area People and Culture Manager to oversee People and Culture operations across multiple hotel properties. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values.
As the Area People and Culture Manager, you will develop and implement People and Culture strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture. You\'ll support on recruitment to attract top talent, foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and oversee performance management processes. Additionally, you\'ll identify training needs and coordinate development programs, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and analyze People and Culture data to drive continuous improvement.

We are seeking someone with proven experience as an HR / People and Culture Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential.
