Appointments will be considered at Senior Solicitor, Associate or Legal Director level.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to work on some of the most high-value and high-profile property transactions in Scotland. You’ll be advising a diverse client base—including developers, investors, lenders, public bodies, and corporate occupiers—on complex, strategic deals that shape the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on acquisitions, disposals, and development of commercial property assets
* Advise on full lifecycle development projects, collaborating with planning and construction teams
* Support leasing and asset management for institutional and private clients
* Navigate complex property finance transactions with lenders and investors
* Deliver commercially focused, strategic legal advice across sectors including retail, leisure, healthcare, and infrastructure
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
