Job Overview Team/Role Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process. The objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. This position will be supporting the Markets Business. What you'll do: Partner with HR and other function hiring managers and colleagues to manage full-cycle recruitment process, internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods Source applicants, screen resumes, oversee candidate assessment process Provide data-led guidance to clients regarding talent acquisition strategy Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms required Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organisations Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
