Salary: £18,185 - £18,846 plus enhancements (DOE)

Sue Ryder Dee View Court in Kincorth, Aberdeen, is Scotland's only purpose-built specialist neurological centre, providing care for individuals with complex neurological conditions such as Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injuries. We offer exciting career and development opportunities for Care Assistants of all levels.
Our expanded Neurological Care centre features 36 single bedrooms for residential care and 7 supported living apartments designed to help residents maintain independence.
As a Care Assistant, you will:
* Promote choice in care delivery and support, reviewing and suggesting enhancements to improve residents' experiences.
* Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
* Participate in care planning, implementation, and review.
* Promote our values, boost morale, and encourage high standards among staff.
Ideal candidates should be flexible, possess excellent people skills, and be team players. Experience in care delivery in similar environments is essential, and candidates should be willing to obtain an SVQ 2 in health and social care if not already qualified.
