Key Responsibilities:
We are looking to add further support into our Logistics team with a new Inbound Administrator
The Inbound Administrator will play a key role in the day to day operation coordinating the flow of inbound deliveries at each site. The postholder will ensure that all inbound deliveries are booked in a timely manner so that resource can be planned efficiently. The inbound administrator will track inbound KPI's daily and weekly, managing the flow of goods from planning to receipt to confirmation of deliveries, logging non-conformances as appropriate.
Role responsiblities:
Health and Safety
* Manage the flow of inbound and outbound drivers around the site ensuring they are briefed on and compliant with site rules and regulations.
* Support departmental and business wide H&S initiatives.
People
* Maintain professional and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure drivers are greeted and directed around site in a professional manner.
* Offer Ad-hoc support to Warehouse, Transport and customer service functions.
Customer Service
* Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all client related inbound reports and documentation ensuring client expectations are met.
* Ensure that all non-conformances are escalated to the respective client and provide the supporting detail required.
* Ensure that all inbound movements are processed in a timely, accurate manner and escalate any internal issues.
Quality
* Ensure all aspects of role are completed accurately for traceability and reporting purposes.
Cost
* Complete all tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
* Ensure that the costs associated with non-conformance or supplier issues are captured and sent back to client.
* Ensure that all administrative elements to support the operation are complete in a timely manner so not to compromise operational efficiency.
Other
* Complete any other site or operational administrative tasks to support the business operation.

Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong skills in data entry with a keen eye for detail.

* Experience in a Logistics or Warehouse environment is desirable.
* Ability to analyse information effectively and present findings clearly.
