Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant We are working with a leading manufacturer to recruit for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to be part of their finance team. There is a competitive salary and bonus for this job as well as hybrid working. This is a permanent job based in Antrim. The Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant will be responsible for: Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment approvals. Assisting the Finance Director with ad hoc duties at month end and year end Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up to date. Perform customer account reconciliations, Processing Journals, updating fixed asset register Utilise accounting software such as Netsuite to manage financial transactions and maintain records. What you will need to have for the Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant Previous experience in a similar role Experience of invoicing and credit control Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
