Main Duties
Inputting all purchase ledger invoices
Checking against P.O's and delivery notes
Manging supplier accounts
Resolving supplier queries
Supplier statement reconciliation
Assist with month end reports
General reception duties such as answering phone and inputting timesheets
Ad hoc office duties including but in limited to scanning and filing etc.
Essential
Will need experience in a similar role
Strong level of IT Skills (Excel, word and outlook)
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to work to deadlines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.44-£12.45 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
