Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (no weekends!)
Hourly Rate: Up to £15.40 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
Keep your section prepped, organised, full of energy and ready for every service.
Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation. Every plate should tell a story.
Collaborate with your brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
Share your skills with junior chefs and stay open to learning from others.
Stay curious - get involved in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and foodie curiosity to the table.

Good understanding of kitchen operations, service flow, and stock control
