Become a Police Officer in our B Division. We are recruiting for Police Officers at Colchester, Southend, Luton, Stevenage, Brighton, Ashford and Maidstone.

As a Police Officer with the British Transport Police, you’ll play a vital role in protecting millions of passengers, staff, and the public. Eligibility
* You have been unsuccessful in a BTP Police Officer or Special Constable interview within the last 6 months.
* You have been unsuccessful in your application or online ability testing for Police Officer, Special Constable or PCSO; you must wait 6 months before re‑applying.
* You have been unsuccessful in BTP vetting checks within the last 12 months.
* You have ever received a custodial sentence, including suspended sentences.
* You have been previously dismissed from another force or you currently have a live investigation.
* You have been declared bankrupt, have a CCJ or an unmanaged IVA.
* You have offensive tattoos; tattoos on face and neck are considered case‑by‑case.
* You do not have permanent right to live and work in the UK.
* You have not resided consistently in the UK for the past 3 years.
