Overview
We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a busy lettings and property management team based in Fazakerley. This office-based role plays a key part in managing rent collection processes, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient resident experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Support rent collection processes and assist with debt management
* Upload and maintain compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Certificates and statutory guides
* Assist the lettings team with enquiries, tenant progression and contract administration
* Maintain accurate system records, ensuring all communication and documentation is logged correctly
* Support the resolution of resident queries and complaints, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations
* Provide general administrative support including reporting and data entry
* Liaise with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure compliance records are up to date
* Support move-in and move-out processes including inventories, safety checks and documentation
Skills & Experience
* Previous administrative experience within property, lettings, collections or a similar environment
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Confident communicator with the ability to handle resident queries professionally
* Experience using property management or CRM systems is advantageous
* Understanding of rent collection and arrears processes is beneficial
