Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent (early finish every Friday)
Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Newry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and takes pride in delivering excellent front-of-house service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
* Welcoming and assisting clients at front of house
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
* Managing stationery supplies and placing orders
* Performing general office duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience in an office administration role (preferred)
* Confident in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organised with attention to detail
