Job Title: Care Assistant - Nights

A little about South Moor Lodge
South Moor Lodge is located in the idyllic village of Walkeringham (5 miles to the West of Gainsborough). The home is centred around a nineteenth‑century barn, selectively extended to preserve its character, standing within two acres of landscaped grounds and providing personal and dementia care for 41 residents.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Care Assistant
* Provide the highest possible levels of care and support residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and assistance with activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, while supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% and above is achieved during all monthly audits.
* Maintain 100% current status on all mandatory training throughout the year.
Essential Requirements for Care Assistant
* Motivation or experience in care that draws you to this role.
* Live within 30 minutes of the Home.
Preferred Requirements for Care Assistant
* One year of experience working in a residential or nursing home.
* Level 2 Health & Social Care or above.
