Roles And Responsibilities
* Oversee two business functions, covering New Product Development (NPD)
* Lead process setup, development and implementation across manufacturing and quality
* Support and host internal, external and supplier audits in line with BRC standards
* Own product specifications including shelf life testing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, start‑up or evolving environment, with the ability to bring structure and implement robust processes
* Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams, supporting innovation without limiting product creativity
* Degree educated in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline is preferred
* Experience within the food or drink industry, ideally gained in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
* Prior exposure to UK grocery or HoReCa sector would be advantageous
