Salary: £25,708.80 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00

Location: Kiln Way, Swadlincote, DE11 8ED

Reporting to the Sales Admin Team Leader, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Administrator that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our sales team based at our Swadlincote office.

The role is demanding as well as rewarding and therefore requires flexibility, drive, and initiative. As a team we are considered a supportive group with an ambitious flare, therefore we need a new team member that can mould in with the company.


· Assisting the Sales Advisors with day-to-day duties.

· Reaching out to customers via phone to chase quotations and complete post-delivery calls.

· Processing orders via email and phone.

· Contacting the customers for any missing information and assisting with enquiries.

· Maintaining up to date sales records.

· Assisting with maintaining an efficient and smooth ordering process.

· This list is not exhaustive



How you do it:

· Computer literate in both Word and Outlook.

· Able to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Good customer service skills.

· High level of attention to detail.

· Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.

· Self-motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative to contribute to the team’s success.

· Able to communicate effectively with clients & personnel at all levels in all formats.

· Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.

· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads.

· Projects confidence and enthusiasm.


Previous experience in sales would be preferred, however a person with the right attitude and skills would be

considered for the role.
