Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and high-profile environment? We are seeking a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to oversee FM operations. You'll lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services, office relocations, and workplace strategy.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day FM operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance
* Leading office moves and relocations
* Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractor procedures
* Building strong client relationships and delivering against SLAs/KPIs
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in hard and soft FM services within a corporate setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
* Familiarity with CAFM systems
