You will follow daily production plans to ensure output targets are met, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and work closely with the wider machining team to maintain smooth workflow, Kanban stock levels, and fault-free handovers between processes. This is a hands-on, technically engaging role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in quality are valued and recognised.
