WHAT YOU'LL DO?
* Lead the Team: Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our workshop
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience with IT and Technology would be ideal
* Managing a small team of technicians would be ideal
* Previously working within a Production Site would be ideal
* Previous FLM/Supervisor/Team Leader Experience
* Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
