Position: Referrals Officer - Fostering (Full Time, Permanent)
Location: Office-Based - Bridgend
Salary: £23,535.26 per annum
Covering Area: Cymru South

What You’ll Do:
* Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
* Develop positive relationships with colleagues, foster families, and social workers.
* Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
* Communicate effectively, both in writing and face-to-face.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek someone who is:
* Friendly with a big personality.
* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
* Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.
