Experience in the role is a requirement including knowledge and ability to cook breakfast.
Duties will include:
* You will assist our Chefs with the preparation of food
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, plates and cutlery.
* Assist in setting up and clearing down of the kitchen each day
* Report faulty equipment problems to the Executive Chef
* Fully comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times
* Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chef
Skills/Experience required
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Self-motivation
* Excellent attendance and time keeping record
* Ability to work as part of a team
* You will need to be flexible and available for various shifts
* You will need to be reliable and conscientious in your work
