We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a well‑established metal recycling business based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long‑term stability and a supportive working environment.
✅ Key Requirements (Essential)
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
* Skip or Roll‑On Roll‑Off (RoRo) experience within the metal industry is preferred however the company are willing to train
* Valid CPC and Tachograph card
* Good communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
Job Responsibilities
* Driving Class 2 vehicles for skip or roll-on roll-off collections/deliveries
* Transporting metal waste safely and efficiently
* Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining paperwork
* Working collaboratively with yard and office staff
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday
* 07:30 - 16:30
* Occasional overtime may be available
