We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to be responsible for the technical aspects of our developments, including design, construction, and planning.

* To assist and co-operate with the Land Department in the investigation and acquisition of development sites.
">
* Be responsible for securing detailed technical investigations, designs, and optimizations, as well as maintaining proper liaison with statutory authorities.
">
* Prepare detailed constructional drawings and negotiate and secure technical and statutory approvals to achieve optimal timing programs.
">
* Identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems.
">

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
* Maintain satisfactory working relationships with Local Authority, NHBC, and service utility officers.
">
* Assist in general public relations and promotion of the good name of the company with external bodies.
">
* Assist in general Company technical design matters, including involvement in the production of standard Company drawings.
">
* Represent the company at meetings where technical issues are discussed.
">

Essential Qualifications/Attributes:
">
">
* Strong technical knowledge base from a technical design background of either architectural or civil engineering.
">
* Educated to HNC/HND in a construction-related qualification.
">
* Knowledge of the housebuilding industry, preferably gained with a high-volume house builder.
">
* Exposure to mix-use/commercial schemes.
">
* Experience in concrete steel and traditional masonry build.
">
