About the role
Churchill Estates Management are recruiting for a new Systems Trainer to join the projects team based in Ringwood. We are looking for an energetic, personable Systems Trainer to join our project team. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll learn our current systems, support the implementation of new platforms, and take a lead role in training our teams at Head Office and Operations team across the UK.
You’ll work closely with our project and operations teams to understand system functionality, create engaging training content, and deliver high‑quality training to colleagues at all levels. Your key responsibilities will include:
System Knowledge & Support
•Learn and build expert knowledge of our existing systems.
•Work within the project team to understand new systems as they are developed or implemented.
•Provide feedback to the project team on training gaps, user experience, and adoption.
Training Delivery
•Deliver a variety of training sessions - in person training across our UK lodge locations, virtual training sessions and drop in support clinics.
•Train teams in an engaging, supportive, and easy to-understand manner.
Content Creation
•Produce clear and concise documentation, guides, and training materials.
•Create training videos and walkthrough content using accessible, user friendly formats.
•Update training materials as systems evolve.
Stakeholder Engagement
•Build strong relationships with lodge teams, head office colleagues, and project stakeholders.
•Act as the friendly, go to expert for system training and support.
•Champion system adoption and positive change across the organisation.
The base for all projects will be Churchill Estates Management, Head Office, McCarthy House in Ringwood. The occasional requirement to travel to other offices and Lodges, or to the offices of one of our key suppliers. All travel will be within the UK.
Standard hours of work at Churchill Estates Management are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday with one hour for lunch each day.

8. Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
9. Comfortable travelling to our UK locations as needed.
10. Experienced in training or system support.
11. Able to create helpful documentation and videos.
