Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits package
About the Brand
The founder of this rapid‑growth challenger brand started by producing plant‑based beverages at home. Now they produce and pack at scale in their own manufacturing facility in the North West, with major national grocers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Booths.
The brand disrupts the dairy and dairy‑alternative market with fresh, eco‑friendly offerings.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you’ll take ownership of key grocery accounts across the UK, driving sales, building strong partnerships and spotting opportunities to make the products visible and accessible.
You’ll negotiate new listings and promotional plans, work with marketing on in‑store activations, and collaborate with a creative, win‑loving team.
About you
You have solid experience managing the top 4 grocery accounts in the UK, ideally with a chilled or challenger brand. You are commercially sharp, confident in negotiation, and skilled at building long‑term relationships.
You use data and insight to guide decisions, yet bring warmth, curiosity and a “let’s make it happen” attitude.
You care about quality, sustainability, and a love of plant‑based food and drink.
