Client Services Representative-Custody Services
The Client Services Representative in Custody Services will report to the Custody Services Manager and support a portfolio of 600+ clients based in Guernsey.

Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the Client.
* Maintain and enhance the service provided to the Client.
* Own, manage and resolve all Client queries.
* Aware of transition activity linked to the Client.
* Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
* Initiate frequent, proactive communication with the Investment Manager daily contacts to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
* Participate in Service Reviews as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal partners.
* Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
* Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions.
* Ensure day‑to‑day funding requirements are in line with client standing instructions.
* Resolve all ASL situations in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with all NT risk policies and adhere to ‘Best Practice’ documents.
Qualifications
* Good communication skills; verbal, non‑verbal and written.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.
* Ability to plan and prioritise day‑to‑day workload to meet client deadlines.
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
* Demonstrates an understanding of risk associated with the role.
* A college or university degree is preferred.
