We're offering a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile behavioural change initiative, for our Smarter Regulator – Think, Feel, Act workstream. This role is central to delivering the Smarter Regulator theme within our organisational strategy and will be instrumental in shaping how our people work to help us become a more purposeful, predictable and proportionate regulator. You'll be responsible for developing a consistent, organisation-wide understanding of what it means to be a Smarter Regulator embedding this across our people, processes and technology.
This is a hands-on leadership role that will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including HR, Communications and Change, to ensure our people are empowered, supported and motivated to adopt smarter ways of working. You'll work in close alignment with the Smarter Regulator Projects & Initiatives and Comms & Engagement workstreams, playing a key role in driving meaningful behavioural and cultural change across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
* Lead the design and delivery of the Think, Feel, Act workstream, ensuring it aligns with and advances the Smarter Regulator strategy
* Co-create a behavioural framework defining key principles and messaging in partnership with internal teams and external experts to support meaningful change
* Map current initiatives that support Smarter Regulator behaviours, conduct a thorough gap analysis and use insights to shape future interventions
* Design and run pilot programmes to trial how Smarter Regulator principles can be integrated into day-to-day activities across all levels of the organisation
* Develop robust tools and methods to monitor, measure and report on behavioural change outcomes, ensuring progress is visible and actionable
* Collaborate with HR, Comms, Strategy and external partners to align efforts and manage agency support.
