About Our Services & Available Roles
Learning Disability Support Worker – Highfields Street, Coalville
A brand-new supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities. Highfields Street supports individuals to live safely and independently, with 1:1 care focused on building confidence, daily living skills, and community involvement.
What you’ll do
* Deliver personalised, face to face support
* Build daily living skills and confidence
* Write and review risk assessments
* Work closely with families and multi-agency professionals
* Follow procedures and health & safety standards
Shift patterns:
7:00am – 2:30pm
2:30pm – 10:00pm
10:00pm – 7:00am (waking nights)
Includes weekends and bank holidays.
Highfields Street is not accessible by public transport, access to your own transport is necessary.
Mental Health Support Worker – City Heights, Loughborough
City Heights is a supported living service that provides long term support to persons living with a learning disability or a mental health illness. The service enables people to learn independent living skills and develop their confidence and obtain work or voluntary employment. The service promotes therapeutic support in a psychologically informed environment.
What you’ll do
* Provide face to face support to vulnerable adults
* Support emotional wellbeing and daily living skills
* Write, follow and review support plans and risk assessments
* Encourage positive behaviour and meaningful change
* Maintain relationships with families and professionals
Shift patterns:
7:30am – 3:00pm
1:00pm – 9:00pm
Mid-shifts
Includes weekends and bank holidays.
Mental Health Support Worker – Bridge Street, Shepshed
Bridge Street is a supported living service that provides support to persons living with mental health illness prior to independent living. Enabling people to learn about their mental health, providing therapeutic support in a psychologically informed environment. Promoting confidence and independence in daily living skills to achieve a fuller future.
What you’ll do
* Provide face to face support to adults with mental health needs
* Develop life skills, emotional resilience, and confidence
* Write and review risk assessments
* Promote techniques to reduce drug and alcohol dependency
* Support move-on planning and community integration
Shift patterns:
8:00am – 3:30pm
2:00pm – 21:30pm
Includes weekends and bank holidays.
