Job Description
* Provide support and advice on HR matters
* Handle employee relations issues
* Assist with the recruitment process
* Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects
* Implement HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee records and data
* Support learning and development initiatives
* Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)
* Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Proficiency in using HR software
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
