* Advise on a wide range of Residential Property transactional work, showcasing your exceptional technical abilities and attention to detail.
* Oversee and supervise the continued development of the junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Property, with a solid grounding in the Reading area.
* The ability to work on a caseload with minimal supervision and to effectively manage and supervise junior team members.
* Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
