Location: Warrington, WA2
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM & Friday: 7:30AM – 4:00PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Understanding client needs to deliver effective, tailored recruitment solutions.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle — from initial contact through to placement and aftercare.
* Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using job boards, CV databases, and social media platforms.
