We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in London for a senior lawyer to join their Corporate Energy team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful Corporate Energy team, working on a wide range of corporate transactions and projects. The role will involve advising on energy M&A, with opportunities to engage in commercial, regulatory, and financing matters.
The role offers exposure to mid-market UK and international transactions, including work with energy funds, commodity trading companies and more.
Essential Criteria:
* Qualified solicitor;
* 5+ years’ PQE;
* Corporate energy law background;
* Commercial awareness;
* Ability to work within a busy environment;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
* Highly motivated;;
* Strong communication skills;
* Team player;
* Technically excellent.
