We are a Microsoft recognized Global ISV, with our core products embedded in and enhancing Microsoft’s ERP solutions, D365 Finance, Supply Chain, and D365 Business Central.
Position: Finance Administrator
Location: Bristol, UK
K3 is seeking a Finance Administrator to join the K3 Products business unit. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day transactional finance operations, supported by a finance manager. The role requires experience in processing accounting transactions, managing ledgers, reconciliations, and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expenses processing, including VAT allocation and policy compliance
2. Purchase invoice processing for UK & Netherlands, and payment runs
3. Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Creating and maintaining contracts in the finance system
5. Processing contracts and order forms via DocuSign
6. Closing sales opportunities in CRM
7. Maintaining Microsoft License portal for renewals
8. Processing new orders and managing Fashion License
9. Communicating with partners about renewals
10. Capitalization of development hours
11. Cost management and control
12. Supporting finance for Walton and Unisoft entities
13. Treasury activities including bank postings, reconciliations, and daily cash management
14. Acting as the point of contact with Barclays for bank account management
15. Supporting UK and Netherlands audit processes
Requirements
1. Part or full AAT qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent experience
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Basic accounting knowledge
4. Experience in transactional finance processing and ledger management
5. Confident, results-driven, and able to challenge policy compliance
6. Work arrangement: 3 days in Bristol office, 2 days remote or in-office
