We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Help Desk Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting managing directors and trading & investment banking floors globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting approximately 23,000+ users with over 27,000 desktops, plus laptops, Blackberry, and BYOD devices.
2. Be able to demonstrate control over a highly challenging and dynamic environment.
3. Function as part of aplete service team providing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Identify repetitive faults and implement permanent fixes.
5. Contribute to knowledgebase documentation as required.
Desired criteria
6. Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant help desk work experience.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling 30+ calls per day.
8. The ability to provide a high level of technical support for trading and investment banking businesses.
