Your Role:
Prepare, execute and monitor purchase order process and partially orders delivery.
Responsibilities:
Transfer purchase requirements into purchase orders and place orders at suppliers;
* Process purchase orders and follow-up, and monitor orders.
* Update and administrate relevant purchasing documentation.
* Organise purchasing related communication flow between all relevant interfaces.
* Administrate complaints in the role of a process owner.
* May organise and track inbound logistics and administrate import/export for orders.
Experience & Knowledge:
* Experience of transport planning or logistics management/control experience.
