SEN 1:1 EYFS Support, Padiham Full time Monday- Friday Role to commence September 2025 EYFS Our school is looking for an individual to integrate themselves into a EYFS classroom as SEN support assistant supporting on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be positive, enthusiastic, work well with others and have a passion for pupils’ education. Ideally the right candidate with have SEN experience. For this role you will need experience providing support to children with SEND. A level 2 minimum qualification in teaching and learning support. The ideal candidate: Will have a minimum of 6 months experience. A minimum level 2 qualification (must be relevant) Implement positive behaviour management. Work well with the classroom teacher. Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN. Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils. Show a positive attitude. Be reliable. Understand and follow safeguarding procedures. The school is easily accessible by both car and public transport.
