The Practice
This long-established North London independent is renowned for delivering exceptional eye care and personalised service to a loyal mixed patient base of NHS and private customers.
The practice offers:
* Comprehensive eye examinations including advanced OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)

The Role
Position: Optical Advisor
Location: North London (N10)
Contract: Full-time (flexibility considered)
Salary: Generous and competitive, dependent on experience

You will play a key role in delivering a premium, patient-focused experience from initial welcome through to frame styling and dispensing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
* Advising on frame styling and lens options
* Supporting dispensing and contact lens services
* Assisting with daily practice operations
* Working collaboratively within a small, friendly team
There are no sales targets — the emphasis is on service, professionalism and long-term patient relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as an Optical Advisor
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine interest in high-end eyewear and fashion
