About the Role
ASUS UK is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of eCommerce (D2C) to lead the relaunch and future growth of our Direct-to-Consumer online store, the primary destination for consumers to explore and purchase our latest laptops, desktops, and all-in-one systems.
This is an end-to-end ownership role, covering everything from commercial strategy and product assortment to stock planning, promotional campaigns, and daily operations. You will work closely with local product managers to define the quarterly assortment and ensure stock availability, while also leading the promotional calendar in collaboration with our local marketing team. Operational support is also provided by a colleague at our regional headquarters.
We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader with the ambition to scale the D2C channel and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ASUS UK D2C webshop, overseeing all aspects of performance, operations, and customer experience.
* Define quarterly product assortment with Product Managers and manage stock planning with the supply chain.
* Coordinate and execute the campaign and promotional calendar, including new product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
* Own the commercial performance of the webshop and Fivetech: sales, margin, traffic, and conversion.
* Drive CRM activation and retention coordinating email and digital marketing campaigns with the local marketing team
* Optimize the full customer journey, including UX, content, pricing, and checkout flow.
* Improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service) local and regional eCommerce colleagues.
* Listing and optimizing product pages
* Setting up and controlling affiliates in collaboration with local marketing team
* Report directly to the UK Country Manager and the WEMEA eCommerce Director.
Who You Are
* You have experience running or growing an eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer business.
* You’re comfortable owning both commercial strategy and day-to-day operations of an eCommerce platform.
* You have a strong understanding of campaign management, promotions, and online merchandising.
* You are proactive, hands-on, and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
* You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
* You have a growth mindset and a strong ambition to build and lead a team.
* Experience with eCommerce CMS platforms, CRM tools, analytics, and campaign tools is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
