12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the delivery of UK public sector decarbonisation projects, funded through grants and loan programmes by BEIS, Scottish and Welsh Governments. You will be part of Salix’s programme delivery teams, managed by a programme coordinator and a programme manager.
Your responsibilities include ensuring project compliance with Salix’s funding requirements, building strong client relationships, and being their first point of contact for queries. You will support approximately 20 projects with a total value of £50m. Additionally, you will actively participate in team meetings and contribute to improving processes and systems within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong customer relationships with Salix clients, including meaningful site visits.
* Maintain the integrity of client project data using CRM systems.
* Analyze and report data to inform the board and funders.
* Manage daily tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* Oversee payment processing and cash flow forecasting.
* Draft impactful letters and review legal documentation meticulously.
* Create reports and presentations showcasing project contributions.
* Respond promptly and effectively to internal and client queries.
* Collaborate with the Communications and PR team to share insights and prepare materials for events and webinars.
* Participate in organizational activities, cross-team collaborations, and charity initiatives.
* Promote health and safety standards within the team, fostering a supportive work culture.
