Portfolio Management Process Improvement Lead – Sanctions Operations

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Portfolio Management Process Improvement Lead – Sanctions Operations to join our Sanctions Operations (Global Operations) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – On site.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Analyze existing payment system data sets, potential errors and trending, conducting root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for short term and long term (strategic) remediation
* Analyze existing payment system flows to identify areas for improvement, reducing “noise” in the environment including false positives, and the possibility of mistakes
* Assisting in the management and resolution of issues in the Global Sanctions Operations portfolio
* Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new trends as global economic sanctions evolve
* Suggest, develop, and implement processes improvements
* Driving remediation of items on the issues & improvement logs ahead of deadline and in line with expected standards
* Establish metrics to track and report on process performance
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 7+ years’ experience in the industry, including operations & global economic sanctions
* Prior hands-on experience with Payment and Sanctions Screening environments
* Advanced Excel features & Alteryx Designer experience is preferred
* Degree in process engineering and/or error/incident management preferred
* No managerial experience required, but is preferred
